By accessing and using PM Mastery ("the Platform"), operated by PM Mastery Solutions, LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Trademark Disclaimer

This platform is an independent study aid and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.

All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success

This study platform provides educational materials to help users prepare for project management certification exams. We make NO GUARANTEE that use of this platform will result in passing any certification exam.

Your success depends on many factors including your background, study habits, test-taking ability, and effort invested.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform for personal, non-commercial study purposes only
  • NOT copy, distribute, or resell any content from this Platform
  • NOT share login credentials with others
  • NOT attempt to reverse engineer or extract question databases
  • NOT use automated tools to scrape or download content

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Free: Access to 100 practice questions
  • Monthly Premium: $39/month - Full access to all features (includes 7-day free trial)
  • Yearly Premium: $149/year - Full access to all features
  • Lifetime Access: $299 one-time payment - Permanent full access
6.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

6.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

7. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PM Mastery for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How it works:

  • Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans: Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
  • After 7 days: No refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
  • Renewal payments: Refunds are not available for renewal charges. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

To request a refund, email support@pmmastery.app within 7 days of your purchase with your account email address.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Practice questions and explanations
  • Study tools and calculators
  • Videos, images, and graphics
  • Text, design, and layout

...is the property of PM Mastery Solutions, LLC and protected by copyright laws.

The questions and content in this platform are original works created for educational purposes under fair use for educational commentary and instruction.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PM MASTERY SOLUTIONS, LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PLATFORM IS TO STOP USING IT.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users
  • Any reason we deem appropriate

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Louisiana.
